Booking requests are not bookings

Sending a request through this site does not reserve an apartment. It tells our front desk what you are looking for. We check availability, then reply with confirmation and a rate. Until we have replied and confirmed, nothing is held for you and no rate is agreed.

Rates shown on the site

Nightly rates shown on apartment pages are indicative "from" prices in UAE dirhams. The rate for your stay depends on the dates, the length of stay and how full we are, and is only fixed once we confirm it in writing. Any apartment marked "sample content" carries provisional details that have not yet been confirmed and must not be relied on.

Payment

No payment is taken through this website. Payment is arranged with the front desk.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out are often possible and are agreed case by case. A valid passport or Emirates ID is required at check-in for every adult guest, as required by UAE law.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are agreed with the front desk when your stay is confirmed, and will be set out in that confirmation.

Accuracy

We try to keep photographs, distances and descriptions accurate. Distances and travel times on the "Explore Deira" page are approximate and depend on traffic.
