What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message through this site, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, party size and anything you write in the message box. We also record which language you used and the IP address the request came from, to help us spot automated spam.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your booking request and confirm availability and a rate.
• To answer general enquiries, agent applications and job applications.
• To keep a record of correspondence about a stay.

What we do not do

• We do not take card or payment details through this website.
• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Who else sees it

Your request is emailed to our reception team and stored in this site's own database on our server. Email is delivered by our mail provider. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not report you to a third party. If you open the map on the contact page, that map is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Booking requests and enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to run the property and to meet UAE record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
